- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts.
- Keeping the sales floor tidy and clean.
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
- Responsible for security within the sales floor.
- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
- Having a friendly and engaging personality.
- Comfortable working with members of the public.
- May be required to lift large amounts of stock.
- Able to work in a team.
