Job Description
GEE Global Internship Program Description
The GEE Global Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and build leadership skills. This hands-on program is designed to mentor and cultivate today’s young leaders, strengthen their understanding of strategic consulting and prepare them for the future of brand marketing, visual creative strategy, communications programs or interactive opportunities.
In our fast-paced, client-focused environment, excellent communication, time management and organizational skills are a must. An eye for detail and trend-forward ideas will be key to your ongoing success with GEE Global.

Interns are treated as professional staff and play a key role on client partner service teams to typically focus on multiple areas of GEE Global's diverse client partner service groups while also contributing to a wide range of project work in our specialty industries and areas.

To be successful in this position, interns should be ready to take on an entrepreneurial role in a high-energy environment, with a willingness to commit to simply getting the job done right.

Main Responsibilities
Working with project directors and other team members to:

• Support the day-to-day planning, coordination and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, public relations and strategic communications programs through web pages, banner ads, blog posts, social media posts, to mention a few examples;
• Draft and produce new content for distribution through several information channels and across all platforms;
• Contribute to ongoing social media market research and content projects, identifying and reporting on trends and relevant conversations in the marketplace;
• Provide marketing communications services required by other lines of business and team units in support of client partner projects and brands, on an as-needed basis;
• Manage multiple projects and priorities and proactively communicate relevant project information/status to appropriate staff, and resolve conflicts through constructive interaction with team members.
Requirements
• A background in marketing, journalism, or PR;
• Excellent writing and grammar skills with a strong attention to detail, and appreciation for clever one-liners;
• Proficiency with a PC/Mac, MS Office Suite, and Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop). HTML & CSS knowledge are a plus, though not required;
• Familiarity with social networking sites;
• Photography skills appreciated; and,
• Creative and flexible; Able to add strategic input throughout the course of a project.
• Singaporean, PR or students registered in a Singapore-accredited institution strongly encouraged to apply.
