Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Working with project directors and other team members to:

  • Develop brand-forward content relevant to reaching target markets in our specialty industries;
  • Research and identify new business prospects while maintaining and growing contact lists;
  • Conduct market research on key areas of interest and activity to support strategic initiatives;
  • Participate in the development of business decks, presentations and client proposals; 
  • Help to shape the marketing strategies of new program areas;
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities and proactively communicate relevant project information/status to appropriate staff, and resolve conflicts through constructive interaction with team members. 

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong wordsmith.
  • Creative thinker.
  • A background in business or ability to catch on quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific projects.
  • Excellent research skills.
  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. Proficiency with Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop) is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with social networking sites.
