Job Description
GD GOLD Position Description

GD GOLD is a one year global operations leadership development program that prepares recent graduates for leadership positions at Gardner Denver. The participants are assigned four 3-month rotations at locations in the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific and are involved in challenging assignments that will allow them to have a real impact on Gardner Denver’s operations.

While the focus of this program is on manufacturing operations, the individual will interact with leaders in all functions of the organization.

Each person in the program will be assigned a mentor, a senior leader in the organization, to support professional development. To complement the experiential learning of each global assignment, an individual training curriculum will be developed to strengthen the participant’s skills and ensure he or she has the tools to become a results-driven leader.

Participants will plan, organize and lead projects. After each assignment participants are required to give presentations to senior leadership detailing their accomplishments.

Regular feedback sessions and performance evaluations are given throughout the year. Upon successful completion of the program, GD GOLD graduates will be assigned to a position that best matches their career interests and strengths.
