Job Description

Gallagher & Associates Asia (GAA) is looking for a Content Coordinator Intern to join the
design team and will assist the Project Coordinator in acquiring, managing, coordinating
and documenting content for small to large-scale exhibit projects.

The right candidate should be enthusiastic, exceptionally efficient, well organised, detailed oriented, with good communication skills and a keen interest in Arts and Design Management.

Specific Tasks

·         Reports directly to the Project Coordinator

·         Create databases to track and sort graphic elements, artifacts, interactives/multimedia and other exhibit components and content

·         Ensure consistency and accuracy of exhibit and graphic elements between client, consultants and design team

·         Work directly with exhibit designers and graphic designers to determine placement
of exhibit elements, as required

·         Assist project team with meeting coordination and project deliverable coordination

·         Assist with responses to requests for information from fabricators and vendors

·         Any other project related tasks required

Requirements

·         Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

·         Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks

·         Good sense of process management

·         Proficiency in the use of PC's and Microsoft office including MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

·         Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
