- Assist and co-ordinate in the planning of manpower management of each event
- Co-ordinate set-up and management of conference venue
- Develop, manage, meeting and update of timelines
- Ensure the smooth operations of each event site
- Liaise with external vendors including caterers
- Oversee the manpower management at the respective events
- Assisting in the recruitment, training & supervising of manpower
- Assist in the monthly, weekly, and daily staff roster
- Ensuring the prompt submission of inventory reports
- Attending to service escalation and incident reporting
- Providing of post event management
- Ad-hoc duties
QualificationsOther Information- Preferred with at least 2 years of events management experience
- Photography and photoshop editing skills is an added advantage
- Must be able to work independently and in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills and able to work within a team
- Good organization skills
- Willing to work long hours to ensure success of each event
- Able to work on weekends
