Job Description: Responsibilities:
Collate sales forecast of paper and consumables from salespeople, and review recommendations with the Inventory Planning Executive
Source, plan and purchase supplies of paper and consumables with concurrence from the Head of Department, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved with minimal cost
Follow up with Logistic Partner on transportation, stock control, and warehousing, as well as ensure that structures for monitoring the flow of goods and materials are in place
Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, to ensure timely commitment to requirements
Generate periodic management reports to track inventory levels, supplier performance, outstanding supply purchases and outstanding open sales orders
Manage and follow up on day-to-day supply chain operational activities (claims, invoices, item creation, etc.)
Review items periodically and propose the disposal of end-of-life and aged items
Requirements:
Undergraduate in Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to cope and multitask in a dynamic business environment
