Job Description: Responsibilities:
Engage existing customers and sales prospects over the phone (through inbound and outbound calls) to promote and sell our array of paper and office supplies products
Analyse customers’ needs and recommend the best solution to assist them in their decision-making
Secure new accounts and grow existing accounts
Keep abreast of market trends and competitors’ products and provide continuous feedback on how to improve our sales

Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ level, GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma holders
Previous working experience in sales, telesales, call centre or any related field
Enthusiastic and target-driven, with a passion for selling and customer service
Motivated and positive, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to commit 4 hours every Mon to Fri (i.e. 8:45am-12:45pm or 1pm to 5pm) on a permanent basis
