Job Description

We are looking for an intern with a keen interest to develop and implement the organization’s growing community engagement and customer experience efforts. This individual must be highly organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong volunteer management capacity and possesses the ability to work flexibly and creatively and have a passion for our Corporate Social Responsibility direction — Enable and Empower The Youth.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • Assist in planning and executing community events Graduation ceremony with Beyond Social Services and Christmas Wishes Project)

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Analysis and compilation of voice of customers
  • Report monthly performance of campaigns (e.g.  VOC) to the senior management.
