Job Description

Key Job Requirements:

Accounts Payable

·         Process payment of suppliers' invoices

·         Perform suppliers reconciliation reports

·         Verification of banking transactions to suppliers

·         Issuance of cheques and tele-transfer

·         Prepare audit schedule

Assist in month-end and year-end closing

·         Generate AP aging reports

·         Bank reconciliation

·         Prepare monthly journals and schedules

Other accounting functions

  • Handle overseas travel staff claims and other business related expenses.
  • Assist in backup duties
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Excel

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Meticulous team player
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience 
  • Diploma in Accounting or any relevant study
  • Immediate starter
