Job Description
Job Scope
- Developing and executing marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Strengthen Unique Selling Point
- Establishing communication with existing clients in and outside shop
- Build on CRM- after-sales support to maintain strong client relationship
- Reinforcin brand and services
- Marketing for new clients
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Building online presence on established webpages and social media
- Creating a wide range of marketing materials of company services
- Improving in-house sales method
- Improving Customer Clinic experience
Requirement
- Background in Marketing, Communications or its equivalent
- Social Media and digital marketing/communication expert
- Creative and innovative
- Strong communication skill with the ability to multi task
- Possess initiatives, logical thinking and good analytical abilities, and able to resolve issues from multiple perspectives
- Strong communications, interpersonal skills and customer-orientated thinking
