We are a Fortune 500 company with global presence in over 100 countries. In order to support the team on F1 project, we are offering an excellent internship opportunity for enthusiastic and resourceful student to join us as:
EVENT COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Event Executive, you would be providing event coordination and administrative support for Formula One 2010 project. Event coordination and guest management support include, but not limited to, sourcing for suppliers, partnering with vendors to organize logistics, and coordinating guest list for events. In addition, you would be providing related administrative support such as preparing purchase orders and sales order forms. The incumbent is expected to work late occasionally.
Students from the field of Events Management/ Marketing/ Business Management/ Tourism & Hospitality or relevant are encouraged to apply. Incumbents who participate in extra curriculum actively would be considered favourably. Besides having fluent English language skills is imperative to the success of this role, candidates should also be resourceful, organized and meticulous.
