For the Love of Laundry Pte Ltd – Operations Executive / Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

- To manage the daily operation activities (receiving, checking, sorting, washing/cleaning, ironing, packaging and delivery)

- Effectively and continuously explore initiative and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements.

- Actively engage in operational problem solving solutions to ensure that the most efficient processes are in place to reach high level of productivity and customer satisfaction

- Lead a team of operational staff in handling daily services and operation

- Responsible for Corrective and Preventive Action

- Enforce worker discipline in accordance to company guidelines and policies

- Perform other duties as assigned by the OPS Manager and GM

Job Requirements

- GCE ‘O’ Level and above

- Min. 3 years of relevant experience with good knowledge in laundry cleaning industry

- Without relevant experience may apply for Trainee position. Training will be provided.

- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and leadership skills

- Provide good customer service to clients and ensure all requirements are delivered.

- Able to multi-task and to work independently

- Able to manage time and adhere to deadlines

- Meticulous and detail oriented, with a high sense of integrity

- Hardworking and responsible

- A friendly personality and great working attitude

- Good command of English

- Able to commence work with short notice

- For Singaporean or SPR only

Other Information:

- Able to report at Penjuru Place

- Remuneration from $1600 to $2500

- Working hours from 9.00 am to 6.30pm

- Willing to work in a factory environment (no air-conditioning)
