Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Department, the Team Administrator will work closely with the National Teams Head Coach as well as the Head Coaches appointed for the respective National Teams. He/she will manage the administrative and operational issues involving the LionsXII, Young Lions and National teams including other assigned teams.

  • Co-ordinate all off-the-field football activities for the National Teams to ensure that all players and officials/staff are provided with the highest level of support to enable them to compete and perform at the highest level.
  • Work/liaise with AFC, AFF, M-League, S.League and Competitions department to ensure all registration procedures and formalities are performed and completed ahead of each tournament/match in accordance with league/competition rules.
  • Secure/ensure all necessary facilities and equipment are available for the respective teams'         pre-match/tournament training programmes and matches, including changing room facilities.
  • Ensure coaches submit the post-match/tournament reports and player & team progress reports on time.
  • Liaise with the players and coaches on travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate National Teams' department meetings on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, and ensure Minutes of Meetings are submitted to Management for review.
  • Administer/ensure adherence to the teams budget and to report variances to Head of Department immediately.
  • Provide and enhance welfare services such as insurance coverage, allocation of match tickets, submission of necessary documents to ensure allowances are paid on time and arrangement of medical appointments as needed.
  • Coordinate with NFAs and Football Sports Science & Medicine department to ensure players' nutrition, hygiene, injury prevention needs are met.
  • Enforce adherence of National Teams Players' Code of Conduct and report any incidence of non-compliance to Head of Department immediately.
  • Work with Corporate Communications department in relation to media to media issues concerning players and teams. 
  • Explain/ensure compliance by players and officials to FAS' policies including incentive plans, anti-smoking/drinking messages.
