Responsibilities
Head Office point of contact for all vendors featuring with foodpanda
Build and manage relationships with foodpanda vendors to optimise their foodpanda experience through operational excellence and tailored marketing strategies
Work with sales and vendor operations to ensure your vendors are prepared for their feature, through test orders and automation solutions
Liaise with business accounts and internal departments, to solve vendor issues and queries
Answer all restaurants inbound phone queries, as well as any escalated written queries within 24 hours
Represent the company externally. All communication must be professional, accurate and of the highest quality
Requirements
English Language Fluency Required
Strong relationship and interpersonal skills to be applied in working with restaurants
Thrives in high paced, fast moving environments and is able to make quick, assertive decisions
Outstanding attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Proficient with MS Office
Strong dispute resolution and mediation skills
Strong and proven negotiation experience
