- Job Description
- Account Manager
- Manage restaurant development, identify and attack problem areas, and build a strong relationship for continuous success
- Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining the operations and the CRM system
- Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it
Sales Support- Contact restaurants in order to meet with the decision makers and discuss possibilities of future partnerships
- Organize and monitor your sales performance with Salesforce
- Provide support to Sales Managers
Content- Responsible for uploading, updating and improving Foodpanda’s website content
- Upload food menus and set parameters for new vendors joining Foodpanda
- Maintain and constantly improve the quality of existing inventory of vendors
