				- You are responsible for our Singapore sales team
- Build and manage day-to-day activity of your strong sales team, signing up the best restaurants in the country
- You lead the Lead Generation process and will be responsible for the development of KPIs.
- Your team will have to (over)achieve performance targets such as phone calls made, pitches delivered and restaurants signed
- As an experienced sales executive you will own the team’s target, and help and support them to achieve these
- You develop training and care about issues such as knowledge sharing and the optimal onboarding for sales team members

- You can motivate you and your team again and again
- You've already gathered experience in sales and in the management of teams, preferably in the food / restaurant scene
- A degree or similar qualification by completed education and professional experience
- Proven track record of B2B Sales execution, you have recruited, built and led a sales team 4+ years
