The Gallery offers an array of quality services such as selling, renting and sourcing for artworks, supplying and managing commissioned pieces for collectors, and undertaking art consultancy assignments. 

Catering to a database of varied clientele consisting of art collectors and connoisseurs, the Gallery holds regular exhibitions of artworks featuring local and foreign artists whose inspirations and influences span across diverse artistic styles, art forms, genres and cultural themes. In so doing, the Gallery promotes, introduces and brings exposure of these names to the art-buying public.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing the gallery space on a daily basis; assist in the installation and shifting of artworks, keeping the gallery and artworks clean, changing of spotlights
  • Assisting and advising walk-ins and clients of high net worth in their art-purchasing decisions
  • Playing host to clients on important events; exhibitions, etc.
  • Correspond and maintain relationships with clients and the media on a regular basis
  • Assist in administrative duties for the gallery
  • Photo-documenting the artworks for archiving and internet marketing
  • Conceptualizing and creating content for exhibitions, press release and artist write-up
  • Maintaining the online and social media presence of the gallery regularly

Job Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate must have a teachable attitude and should be hungry to learn from the job
  • The ideal candidate should have an immense passion for fine artworks and the arts in general
  • Candidate should excel in oral and written communication
  • Minimum Diploma holder in the Arts, Public Relations, Mass Communication and related discipline. Students pursuing tertiary education and are looking for industrial attachment opportunities may also apply
  • Minimum 1 years experience in the Arts, Public Relations, Mass Communication and related industry
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary for the job
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom would be an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of major social media platforms
  • Experience with administration would be an advantage
  • Male candidates who are tall (>1.75m) are given priority for the job
  • Charisma and good interpersonal skills is an added advantage for consideration
  • Able to communicate to customers effectively in English
