Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- To assist on general recruitment activities such as ad posting and arranging of interviews
- Handle all work permit application & renewal
- Assist with all orientations
- Handle clearance for resignee
- Manage all HR documents and staff data to ensure that all are up to date
- Assist with leave management
- Implement updated HR policies
- Prepare, collate and submit HR reports
- Schedule and prepare company meetings
- Minutes taking
- Maintenance and replenishing of pantry’s stock by working closely with housekeeping
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions and ad hoc duties
- Attend to incoming calls and receptionist duties
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business/ HR Related field with 1-2 years of working experiences in administrative duties
- Meticulous and able to multitask
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good knowledge of Easy Pay Module will be an advantage
