Company Profile
We are a one year old online florist based in Singapore. Since our incorporation in the start of 2015, we have grown substantially and we have just opened a physical store in April 2016.
We focus greatly on e-commerce sales and we are currently looking to build a lovely team, to grow even more.
We also see ourselves as a social enterprise and we wish to give back to the community to raise a certain kind of awareness of a cause. Our last one was in December where we partnered with a local Animal Shelter and a Non-Profit Organisation in South Africa.
Job Description
Apart from growing our time, we also want to ensure that we can provide our interns a valuable learning experience. You will be at the heartbeat of our operations and plans, working hand in hand with the other team members to deliver smiles all around.
Our day to day operations include:
Administrative Duties - 95 percent of our orders come from online and we do have a significant number of offline orders too. Simple recording and collating of data will be needed.
Customer Service - We get many calls daily.
Sales and Marketing - While most of our sales have been organic, there are many untapped markets that we intend to penetrate into.
Web Development - Having a website to receive orders is one thing, being extremely visible is another.
Partnerships - We love collaborating with others for mutual gain, or for a social cause.
Social Media - Something we have been lacking.
