Job Description
Based in Singapore, you will work with the HR Team which has a strong coaching and collaboration culture. You will provide support in:

• Implementing recruitment initiatives
• Providing support on quality HR compliance
• Assisting the team on day to day operation and ad-hoc projects
Scope of Work:
• Sort incoming resumes and log them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets; talent mapping
• Take ownership of the internship program by preparing intern candidate summaries to be presented to the hiring managers, coordinate intern candidate interviews and writing tests, draft intern offer letters, assist in the new intern on-boarding process
• Prepare and proofread HR documents including employee handbooks and guides
• Assist in the coordination of training sessions and preparation of training collateral and material
• May be responsible for making meeting and travel arrangements
• Handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, or escalation to a senior team member if necessary
• Any other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or any HR/Business related field
• Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
• Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
• Ability to correctly make decisions involving employee issues/ problems including when to escalate the problem to a more senior team member
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
• Ability to work in a strong team oriented environment
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
