Job Description

FleishmanHillard Singapore has an immediate opening for an energetic, motivated and digital/social-media savvy intern in its expanding digital practice area. Core responsibilities of this position include community management, social listening, content creation, and influencer relations.


Scope of Work:

  • Monitor dialogue across designated social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Video/Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.;
  • Identify trends and engagement opportunities;
  • Respond in real-time as a trusted ‘voice’ for the brand;
  • Create and manage content flow and contributor/topic development (compelling editorial creation);
  • Report metrics with relevant data analysis;
  • Coordinate with internal client teams and FH colleagues around the global network;
  • Research and identify bloggers/key influencers and associated communities for blogger/influencer campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Business, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Media Studies, Journalism or any communications-related field.
  • Possess good research, writing and organization skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas.
  • Be proficient in the use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, YouTube, etc.)
  • Prior internship experience at a public relations agency or an organisation's corporate communications department would be advantageous.
