Job Description
FleishmanHillard Singapore has an immediate opening for an energetic, motivated and digital/social-media savvy intern in its expanding digital practice area. Core responsibilities of this position include community management, social listening, content creation, and influencer relations.
• A team player who is passionate in social media, positive, and enthusiastic;
• A self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thrives under pressure, enjoys fast-paced work and is dedicated to quality. Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills;
• Proficient in the tactical use of core platforms (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, YouTube, etc.). Experience with social media tools (publishing platforms, online listening applications and Facebook Insights) will be advantageous.
• A creative thinker with strong writing/editing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint. Able to create presentations that are captivating and captures the strategies and tactical ideas that are developed during a brainstorm session.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor dialogue across designated social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Video/Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.;
• Identify trends and engagement opportunities;
• Create and manage content flow and contributor/topic development;
• Report metrics with relevant data analysis;
• Coordinate with internal client teams and FH colleagues around the global network;
• Research and identify bloggers/key influencers and associated communities for blogger/influencer campaigns.
