This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-paced, growing, global organization on positions in Singapore and across the Southeast Asia and India region including Manila, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur.
Fleishman-Hillard Singapore serves as a regional hub for the company’s stellar client work and for our entire Southeast Asia and India region, and the office is proud to boast a client roster including Philips, Avaya, Nokia, AT&T, INSEAD, and VISA.
Internship for Human Resource Management Students:
Responsibilities:
Detailed candidate mapping and tracking.
Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions and presenting their information to the hiring managers or office liaisons.
Interview scheduling and follow-up.
Developing job descriptions and advertisements that best capture the targeted audience.Reporting on a regular basis on open positions, status, challenges, state of the market, etc.
Promote the agency as an employer of choice to qualified candidates.
Management of University Relations program, including sourcing of qualified interns for undergraduate and graduate level internships.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a thriving, fast-paced environment.
Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
1 Internship position(s) for duration of 6 month(s).
