Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Help to manage the recruitment process by posting advertisements on online job portals
- Follow through with these leads and shortlist suitable candidates for interviews
- Administer on-boarding and introduce the standard operating procedures to new employees
- Attend to visitors, courier services and distribute the mail
- Assist in book keeping and matters related to Finance, HR and Operations such as employee claims, leaves and benefits.
- Help to manage the invoice system and ensure that all payments are made
- Help to manage the Company’s Social Media Accounts
- Other HR & Admin duties will be assigned along the way
Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a team and in a multi-cultural environment
- Confident and self-motivated
- Understanding of the Design & Web Design industry is a plus but isn’t necessary since you’ll be mentored closely throughout the term of your internship.
- Preferably a degree or diploma in accounting, business, economics or other related fields
