Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Help to manage the recruitment process by posting advertisements on online job portals
  • Follow through with these leads and shortlist suitable candidates for interviews
  • Administer on-boarding and introduce the standard operating procedures to new employees
  • Attend to visitors, courier services and distribute the mail
  • Assist in book keeping and matters related to Finance, HR and Operations such as employee claims, leaves and benefits.
  • Help to manage the invoice system and ensure that all payments are made
  • Help to manage the Company’s Social Media Accounts
  • Other HR & Admin duties will be assigned along the way
Requirements:
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a team and in a multi-cultural environment
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Understanding of the Design & Web Design industry is a plus but isn’t necessary since you’ll be mentored closely throughout the term of your internship. 
  • Preferably a degree or diploma in accounting, business, economics or other related fields
