We provide corporate services to clients to register and maintain their companies both in Singapore and overseas.

Your role will be to assist to ensure that the day-to-day accounting functions are smoothly executed, timelines met and data accurately entered. A typical day will be:

* Key in accounts entries

* Prepare payment vouchers

* Maintain clients' working fund schedule

* Maintain fixed assets schedule

* Manage accounts receiveables to ensure that long aging invoices are cleared efficiently

* Process cheques and remittances received from clients

* Administrative support

We will be interested to hear from you if you are:

. Students from Accountancy faculty or Business faculty with accounting knowledge

. Good written and spoken English skills

. A team player who can work independently with initiative to work in a fast paced environment

. Keen eye for detail and high accuracy

. Competent in Microsoft Office or accounting programs
