Responsibilities:
-Preparing Client’s Summary
-Schedule Appointments
-Maintaining Customer Relations
-Administrative work (e.g. Filing, reports)
-Booking of rooms, preparing meeting materials and taking minutes of meetings
-Coordinating catering for luncheons.
Requirements:
-Only Singaporeans/ PRs are welcome to apply
-21 years and above
-Applicants must possess at least GCE A level / Diploma / Degree / Higher
-qualification in any field.
-Self-motivated and driven individuals
-Pleasant & people-oriented personality
