Responsibilities and roles of Sales Executives
Making calls to set up meetings with schools, activities centers, medical services, potential clients for our sales presentation and Product demonstration.
Build business by identifying client’s needs to increase awareness, recommending solutions and providing total satisfaction
Negotiate and Close deals with half-yearly or annual subscription package, providing them with a trial period (1-3 months trial) for better penetration in the market
Maintaining strong rapport and relationships with clients by providing after sales support and updating them with relevant information and market trend
Maintaining high quality of service by enforcing organization standards
Prepares weekly sales report, collects and analyze market condition and relevant data inputs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing company’s mission and close co-ordination work with colleagues
Skills required
Prospecting, Interpersonal & Presentation skills, emphasizing excellence, meeting sales goals, great at planning work and strongly believe in quality of customer service and satisfaction
