Financial Joy Institute Pte Ltd – Seminar Administrator

We run seminars to teach on Financial Literacy specifically on Investments and Business Skills. 

Looking for Temporary Event Administration from Nov, Dec (Less Christmas week)  (and Jan if you can)

Paid on weekly basis depending on hours

Requirement (Students on holiday are welcome) 

- Proficient with mircosoft (excel, word, powerpoint) 

- neat and organized with paper work

- Proficient with social media such as Facebook, wordpress etc

Plus point if know how to do: 

- Video Editing 

Main Job Scope:

- Help out as event admin (Taking attendance, sending email to participants, documenting enrollments)

- Simple Bookkeeping using excel file

- Social Media engagement for company

- Help out at event  (preparing files, ordering food, printing notes and photocopying etc)

** Looking for positive, fun loving person who love to help improve lives of individuals through fun filled seminars. 

- Will have to work late on some evenings and weekends (Off in lieu given)
