The Account Management Intern will have an exciting opportunity to learn about FCm and understand Business Travel.
Reporting to the Head of National Account Management in Singapore and supporting a team of 4 Account Managers. Whilst learning about the role of the Account Manager and the varied customers we manage across a diverse industry type.

The Account Management intern is expected to:
§ Support a team of 4 Account Managers and Team Leader.
§ Manage monthly AM reports
§ Update our inhouse CRM tool (web based) to support marketing and communications with our clients
§ To proactively develop libraries of standard information such as product guides and reference materials
§ Key focus on developing a creative and strategic customer facing presentations
§ Support AM in generation of monthly client reporting
§ Support generation and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys
§ Support adhoc process improvement projects.
Required experience and knowledge:
§ Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
§ Independent, highly motivated and target driven with a positive attitude
§ Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
§ Proficient with desktop publishing tools (ie. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
§ Good written and verbal communication skills
§ Excellent team player
