FastFast is an On-Demand Immediate Courier Service and has developed two mobile apps.
One app is for the customer to use and the other, is for the driver. The app pairs drivers like you with nearby customers that need to make a delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage the front desk - Greet drivers and other office visitors
Assist onboarding drivers onto the FastFast system
Maintain and organize driver documentation and all office filing/scheduling needs
Find resolutions to driver issues and questions promptly
Respond to support issues both in-person,phonecalls and over email promptly
Work closely with the driver operations to streamline process
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Minimum Diploma/ or any Degree
Office administration or customer service experience will be a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks assigned
