• Attend to all incoming calls and route calls to respective staff. Screen calls for senior management prior to routing.
• Handling of Incoming and Outgoing Courier and Mails.
• Collect and Distribute Faxes.
• Update Staff Movement Chart every morning (ie. Staff on urgent leave, sick leave etc).
•
Ensure that the drinking water supply for the staff is sufficient.
Liaise with the supplier on Monday and Thursday for Tuesday and Friday
delivery respectively (twice weekly).
• Replenish stock of beverages every morning.
•
Daily Newspaper Cuttings - Interbank Cross Rates and Interbank
Currency Rates from the Business Times for Accounts Dept and any news
articles pertaining to the construction industry e.g. MOM regulations in
relation to foreign workers, and pin them up on the notice board.
• Responsible for the maintenance of pantry and office equipments for the 3 companies.
•
Any other duties as assigned from time to time e.g. assist Senior
Management with printing, photocopying/binding of documents when needed.
• Preferably some experience in front desk/ customer service.
• PC literate, good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Positive working attitude.
• Must be able to fully commit from 25 Sep to 9 Oct 2015 (2 weeks).
• 5 days work week – 0830 to 1745 hours.
