Responsibilities:
• Combine and analyse Marketing, Sales and CS reports to always propose new actions to increase conversion rate.
• Responsible for the logistic flow: from customers’ order on the website to customers’ delivery.
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
• Work hand in hand with all departments to prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
• Implement new tools with IT team, marketing team and customer support team.
• Work closely with IT team to write new specs, test and deploy new functionalities. Submit bug reports.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Design team to create new offers for customers.
• Work with the finance team to help reconciliation between account payable and account receivable.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Translate contents in the local language for the front/end platform, marketing team and customer support team.
• Be involved in Ad hoc projects for addi/onal businesses at Fashion Interactive Pte. Ltd.
