~~~~~~~~~~ Job Scope ~~~~~~~~~~

1. Study, the capacity, process and resources requirement of manual work in production floor. Data range includes type of process, type of material, specification of material, amount of material required for a particular product, number of man power needed to process the product, time required and number of OT hours required for a process and etc. The data attained will need to be recorded and analyzed.

2. With the available data, you will program them into the Excel Worksheet so that it will display capacity and all resources needed when the user key in the part number of a product.

~~~~~~~~~~ Specific Project / Learning Objective ~~~~~~~~~~

1. Process studies, data acquisition and analysis.

2. Programming of an Excel Worksheet to assist in the production planning.

~~~~~~~~~~ Requirements ~~~~~~~~~~

1. Degree in Engineering related field (preferably manufacturing) or statistical studies.

2. Knowledge in JAVA, Adobe, presentation skills.

3. Must have strong command in Microsoft Excel.

4. Possess good analytical skill and able to work independently.
