Fagerdala Singapore was incorporated in Singapore in 1983, a Global Packaging Group in the manufacturing of polymers and protective packaging materials with operations in China, Malaysia, Thailand, USA & Mexico. We are a specialist in Cushion packaging (Shock and vibration) and is a vertically integrated Polyethylene foam manufacturer with strong design capability, process engineering and global footprint. Our customers are largely in consumer electronics, biomedical equipments, military and EMS companies. We are seeking temporary, part-timers or student to assist in the daily accounting duties using SAP system. Salary will be negotiable for selected candidate.

Job scope :

- Payment to vendor (global and local)

- Data entry to the SAP system e.g., AP invoices, Outgoing Payment, Petty Cash record etc

- Checking and matching Supplier’ invoices with DO and PO

- Prepare month end schedules

- Assist in month end closing

- Other general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement :

- Students from Accountancy or Business Faculty, who has basic accounting knowledge or background.

- Proficient in Accounting , Finance and Excel

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- Meticulous, pro-active , and will ask when not sure

- Eye for accuracy
