We are currently seeking (1-2) Event Intern to support our company in and out of the office. The Events Intern will work closely with the principal producer and event coordinators of the company, as well as provide support for our high-profile clients. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level applicants interested in event production to gain exposure and experience to see a large-scale event unfold from start to finish. Our company is a crew of driven individuals passionate about what we do, with the ability to work hard and have fun. We only seek staff members just as enthusiastic and dedicated. Ideal candidates should possess an interest in event production, upcoming trends, and marketing. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and interact with the utmost professionalism with all personnel on site. Personal hygiene and appearance must be put together and presentable. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. We will need someone who can commit to at least 5 ½ days a week in the office. You'll learn how to ... -Take a product idea from brainstorm to something people will pay for and love. -Manage multiple aspects of producing a special event, including coordinating visuals, audio, props, entertainments integration into the event, and more. -Develop and spec out ideas for proposals. -Effectively implement and manage an event ensuring a positive experience for all attendees that will in end, leave a lasting impression and memory no one will forget. Qualifications: -Language ability in English -Excellent problem-solving skills and a “get things done” attitude -Superior writing and communication skills; a desire to engage others -Ability to work independently and confidently on tasks; attention to detail a must -Extremely comfortable interacting with contractors and managing multiple projects -Ability to give constructive feedback and take criticism productively in a team setting -Able to work with MS Office app - Words & PowerPoint (3d design/Photoshop/AutoCAD will be an added advantage.) -No problem working flexible hours, and weekends Please note regarding all ERS Asia internships: -You must be 18 years of age or older. -Internships require an applicant to receive academic credit for the internship - it is the applicant's responsibility to set up the internship with their school. -Position is paid S$500 - $600 per month. -Please Do Not call ERS Asia.
