Responsibilities

We want people who are familiar with local trends and keep up with what's popular and what's not. Even as an management trainee, we don't just want to put you through monotonous admin work. We want the creative and insightful you that is able to thrive in our fun and vibrant e-commercial social media culture. We want to provide you with the valuable experience of working in the next wave of E-Commerce business
• Social Media/Digital Marketer (growth likes, reach, engagement, leads, and sales) such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Google+, Youtube, etc. Day-to-day activities includes:
• Curate relevant content to reach the company’s idea’s for customers.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
• Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
• Manage more than 30 bloggers who sign up as Brand Ambassador and tap on their blogpost
• Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
• Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
• Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
- Capable of developing and dealing with SEO/SEM strategies, process, back-end technology and best practice
- Experience in calculating customer lifetime value and analysing its effect on overall company
- Knowledge in Google Adwords and Shopping; management, creation and optimization of accounts with monthly budgets
- Working knowledge on HTML, web usability principles, best practices and a solid understanding of the user experience and efficient information architecture and structure
- Proficient knowledge of how the main major search engines rank results
- Use of Content Management Systems and Web Analytics software/tools
- Coordinate with IT developers to ensure that websites are designed to be search engine friendly.
Facilitates in implementing marketing and digital strategies that will help to increase sites traffic
Pre-requites
- Relevant experience in the management of multiple web development projects
- Understanding of marketing and e-commerce principles
o Able to handle multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively under deadlines
o Digital Marketing technology and Team-spirit oriented
o Effective interpersonal and written communications skills o Ability to work independently within a team
o Work confidently with in-house teams, business units, internal companies and agencies
o A quick learner, able to grasp new concepts, understand requirements and translate knowledge into practical ability
o Able to follow procedure, manage workload, prioritise and produce high quality results
o Have a strong eye for detail and an vision for the company business growth
Requirements
Undergraduates with Ecommerce knowledge are welcome for internship program or working as full time staff
