Position : Research Associate (Intern) - T&D
Job Code : EXP/RA/T&D/SG
Location : Singapore
The selected candidate will be involved in a research project on Training & Development sector in specific industry sectors. He/She will conduct detailed secondary research as well as telephonic/email discussions to corroborate information; and analyse and present information on specific industry sectors, government policies and major players in the T&D sector.
Requirements:
• Candidates should ideally have strong interests in Human Resources, Organization Behaviour, Organization Development or Training & Development.
• Some experience in secondary research preferred.
• Strong abilities in internet-based research and analysis.
• Ability to manage and organize data.
• Good interpersonal and general conversation skills.
• Fluency in English essential. Knowledge of Asian languages preferred.
• Resourcefulness and Perseverance.
Stipend
The company offers a stipend of S$ 500 per month.
