We are a Singapore-based boutique firm that offers consulting and support services in the field of Talent Management, Acquisition and Development. 

We work closely with our partners and associates in different countries to deliver a range of strategic interventions. We work selectively with clients in Asia and focus on high impact initiatives. 

Position :          Research Associate (Intern)

Selected candidates will support senior consultant(s) in one or more of the following activities:

1. Research : Collecting, analysing and presenting information on specific industry sectors and major players. Information is collected from published sources as well as through telephonic research.

2. Market Survey : Human Capital in Myanmar - Challenges & Opportunities.

3. Business Development : Building target lists of prospective customers in Asia; developing marketing collaterals

Requirements:

• Students should ideally have strong interests in Business Studies, Human Resources, Organization Behaviour, Organization Development or Training & Development.
• Some experience in market research projects preferred.
• Good telephone conversation skills.
• Good interpersonal and general conversation skills.
• Strong abilities in internet-based research and analysis.
• Ability to manage and organize data.
• Fluency in English essential. Knowledge of Asian languages preferred.
• Resourcefulness and Perseverance.

Stipend

The company offers a stipend of S$ 500 per month.
