Job Description

This internship consists of 4 different roles.

1.     Team Building Facilitator: Facilitate Singapore cultural activities. Activities include TehTarik, Kompang, Chapteh etc.

2.     Customer Service through calls: Call our customers that have expressed interest in our team building. Build good relationships with them. Help them with their questions & understand what they want. Communicate what customers want to our proposal writing team.

3.     Simple Proposal writing: Customize proposals for customers. (No prior experience required.)

4.     Event Assistant: assist Coordinator in smooth execution of the event.

Other information

1.     Contract for 6 months, 4 or 5 days per week (Standard working hours. Occasionally, after work-hours or on weekends as per events requirement)

2.     Across different locations. a) 50% of the time for events, anywhere around Singapore. b) Otherwise, work-from-home and occasionally at our office near TaiSeng MRT, details: www.villagesingapura.com/contact-us/ 

3.     Basic pay of $600-$700/month.

1.     Analytical.
