Our Operations Executives are responsible for changing lives by sharing the benefits of healthy living and martial arts. They are driven, confident professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. They understand the importance of maintaining the World Champion standards of excellence and the customer service that Evolve MMA provides its members.
 Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via EvolveMMA’s internal systems
• Investigate, analyze and resolve a number of customer issues, including assistance with finance matters
• Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications
• Work collaboratively with the Sales and management teams to ensure smooth running of Academy operations
• Manage customer retention programs

 Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – including formal presentation
• Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees and customers
• A passion to make a positive impact on the world through martial arts/ fitness
• Ability to work retail/shift hours
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Embody a high level of ethics, values, integrity and trust
