- · Understand and demonstrate in-depth knowledge on Evolve MMA’s services and classes
- · Provide excellent customer service that goes above and beyond - for potential and current members of Evolve MMA
- · Build sustainable relationships of trust with internal and external customers
- · Follow up with members to ensure their feedback, requests and/or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- · Follow up with members on membership experience
- · Monitor and analyse customer satisfaction data
- · Constantly strive to improve membership experience by contributing/ implementing new ideas, and executing company policies
Requirements:
- · Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- · Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential
- · Self motivated and highly driven
- · Able to work well within a team
- · Ability to relate well with people
