Job Description
Eventnook Business Development Internship Program (Min. 3 Months)

What we require

EventNook is looking for proactive and disciplined business development interns to help sales growth for the business. The selected candidate role will involve proactively securing new business via phone, email and face to face meetings. This includes selling the EventNook platform to the local market by targeting event organizers, local SMB event companies and corporate event clients. The candidate will work closely with the business development team to drive the sales campaign and achieve target.   

Responsibilities

Duration – August to November 2015 (Minimum 3 months commitment full-time)

1. Develop & Plan Sales Strategy with Founder

- includes outbound sales campaign for customer acquisition, plan sales target and develop business partnership opportunities

2. Execute Sales

- Research potential organizations, contacts and events

- Follow up the potential leads & customers, via phone, email, and face-to-face.

- Conduct sales pitch and customer presentation

- Write sales proposal

- Update sales materials and copy writing

- Attend events to introduce eventnook service to potential customers and users

- Take ownership on Sales Target & Customer Acquisition

3. Account Management

- Help new customers for customer service and technical assistance

- Passionate about Customers, Sales and Events

- Well spoken & excellent communication with all levels

- Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment

- Curious, hungry to learn and grow

- Tech Savvy
