EventNook is a fast growing tech startup based in Singapore providing an online, cloud based self-service event registration & ticketing platform for events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, performances, musics, sport events, classes, etc. Since it started, the company has provided its services to many events including some of the major regional events in Asia.

Job Description

What we require

EventNook is looking for proactive and disciplined business development interns to help sales and marketing for online event registration & ticketing platform. The selected candidate role will involve proactively securing new business via phone, email and face to face meetings. This includes selling the EventNook platform to the local market by targeting event organizers, local SMB event companies and corporate event clients. The candidate will work closely with senior management to drive the sales campaign and achieve target.   

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Research and qualify leads & sales opportunities

- Follow up the potential leads & customers, via phone, email, and face-to-face.

- Develop and execute successful EventNook sales campaigns.

- Update sales materials and copy writing

- Create and conduct customer presentations and proposals.

- Assist in company marketing activities

Required Skills / Background:

- Preferred sales and events background experience

- Effective verbal and written communicator

- Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.

- Familiarity with online cloud based services

- Highly computer / IT Literate with aptitude for understanding technology related issues
