ETS Solutions Asia Pte Ltd, Asia Pacific head office, is a strategic business unit setup in 2009 with the head office located in Singapore. The ETS Solutions Asia Pacific SBU offers extensive turnkey solutions in the field of vibration and acoustic engineering. The SBU incorporates its own experiences in the field of vibration and shock testing with specialised solutions from other strategic partners for the customers in the Asia Pacific region from diversified industries. The office actively works to establish local teams or representatives in the region to offer our dedicated and direct support its regional customers in Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Assist team in identifying process improvements
- Maintain ISO/Six Sigma control documentation and assist in mapping of new
business processes to achieve the following:
Operations – Process efficiency, reduced errors, cost savings, Effective performance management & Business agility
Finance – Positive impact on the bottom line
Management – Strategic alignment
Product Development – Increase speed to market, Better quality products
Services – Consumer confidence & Increased satisfaction
Sales & Marketing – Market access & Product Differentiation
- Learn all processes, procedures and assist in network analysis and world-wide
fulfilment design
- Create flow charts and spreadsheets in support of staff projects
- Provide testing support to ERP implementation
- Work with team to enable web-based communications with internal external
partners
- Provide engineering support assistance for quality issues as required
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills
- Working knowledge of computer application software
- Must be flexible
- Must be organized and work well with constant priority changes
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
