- To understand the procedure of acquiring sponsorship for each pageant based on demographics and targets (Tele-marketing, Sales Presentation and After-Sales follow up)
- Undergo the planning of media advertising with marketing budget in mind
- Media planning to maximize exposure throughout the pre-pageant period
- Plan and implement various recruitment campaigns based on the age group and time frame provided
Administrative
- Handle administrative procedures in assistance to sending Singapore representatives aboard for international pageants/awards.
Operations
- Undergo the process of planning, strategizing, implementation and execution for each pageant planned on a quarter-yearly basis
- Coordinate and plan schedule and event line-ups for the contestants
