Job Description
As a Business Development Intern you will support us in the development of our APAC strategy. During the period of 3 months you will be focusing on:
 Assessing APAC market potential: sizing of the customer & product market and identifying market trends
 Benchmarking competitors
 Identifying new prospects in the identified growth markets

As a Business Development Intern, you will experience a steep learning curve as you are challenged to learn & strengthen the following skills:
 General knowledge of industrial engineering products and related customer markets (e.g. Oil & Gas, Maritime, Petrochemical)
 Content skills (e.g. strategic/critical thinking, how to intake and structure complicated information, how to crunch massive data, how to logically and effectively visualise and present information)
 People skills (e.g. effective interviewing, active listening)
 Time management skills (e.g. 80/20 thinking, be hypothesis-driven, be top-down, parallel tasks)

 Open to students from numerical/analytical degree disciplines, such as engineering, science, economics, mathematics
 Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an advantage
 Excellent academic results
 Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
 Result and achievement oriented
