Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform supporting functions in area related to Reception and administration.
Purchase and Issuance of stationeries to outlets
Answering phone calls, screen calls and taking messages
Attend to walk in, visitors and guests
Assists in generating reports as required
Distribute incoming mails
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
G.C.E. ‘N’ or ‘O’ level with credit in English
Able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a MUST (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
Willing to do some housekeeping task
