Job Description

  • Collate and compile submission of Sarbanes-Oxley Act Compliance documentations from SSC/Country Finance.
  • Review of Sarbanes-Oxley Act Compliance documentations per control design/procedure.
  • Liaison between Regional Controllership Team with SSC and Country Finance for quarterly reporting requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing and compiling quarterly reports submitted by SSC/Country Finance.
  • Preparation of Journals
  • Preparation/Analysis of RSO’s financial mth End reports
  • Perform detailed accrual calculations and reconciliations.
  • Projects – UAT.
 Specific projects / learning outcomes:

  • Improvement/Streamline in Sarbanes-Oxley Act Compliance Process within APAC region.
  • Workflow process for REIT conversion project.
  • Perform analytical reviews and understand basic financial/planning analytics
  • Gain an understanding of corporate work environment

Requirements: (Specific skills/knowledge such as JAVA, Adobe, presentation skills etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word.  Knowledge in Visual Basic is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of people and nationalities.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and policies.
